SHIPPING, ORDERS AND RETURNS

Our Shipping Policy

The Aussie Emporium always ensures that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. From the moment an order is placed, it generally takes 24-48 hours to process and be picked up by our trustworthy couriers. 

Expected wait time on deliveries: 2-7 Days depending on your location.

Some particular products are Local Delivery Only due to the fragile nature of the product. The delivery radius is 17km from Chelsea, Victoria.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

Our unique Australian products are of the highest quality, presented impeccably and delivered in excellent condition. Our orders are dispatched almost immediately (within 1-2 business days), so if you wish to cancel your order, it must be done via prior to being processed. Please Note: Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via email enquiries@theaussieemporium.com.au or via phone on 0413 523 676 (business days 9am-5pm AEST). Please note: We cannot replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any item after 24 hours of delivery.

Furthermore, if your item/s arrive damaged, please supply us with photos via email so that we can better understand the extent of the damage. If we deem your case to be warranted, we will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund (For payment security reasons, refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase the item/s).

 

Returned Deliveries

On the rare occasion that a hamper is returned to us by the courier, we will always seek to contact the buyer to investigate further, the reason why it was returned. If you wish to have the item re-delivered, an applicable redelivery charge of $14.95 will apply. To prevent this situation from occurring, we strongly suggest that you ensure that when placing your order, the delivery address is correct and that the recipient will be available to receive the order. Please note: Items cannot be re-directed while in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the correct address.
